Fast & Furious star Jordana Brewster has reached a settlement in her divorce with ex-husband Andrew Form. According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the 41-year-old actress will get the couple’s LA marital home but she has agreed to pay Form US$5 million (approx. $6.6 million) to buy him out of the property.

But Brewster could still come up trumps in the split. The documents outline that neither party will pay spousal and the actress is not required to cough up part of her earnings in the new F9: The Fast Saga film. The movie has already raked in US$287 million (approx. $379 million) worldwide and, in most cases, a film’s main stars get bonuses or percentages from ticket sales.

And given their date of separation is May 13, 2020, “any income earned” by either party from this date “shall be the separate property of the earning party”. Brewster and Form, 52, had been legally single for the most part of the last year after a judge agreed to bifurcate their marital status before they agreed to a financial settlement.
