Hollywood Casino Vice President of Marketing Jamie Brown immediately knew the answer when asked which show she’s most looking forward to as live entertainment returns to the venue.
A lover of ‘80s rock, Billy Idol was, of course, the one to come to mind, but as she considered more, it’s really the variety in the lineup of coming shows that might be the most exciting. The Charles Town venue recently released show dates for Billy Idol, Melissa Etheridge, Rodney Carrington, .38 Special and Aaron Lewis.
“That’s one of the things we’re doing a little bit differently now, is getting a bunch of variety in entertainment,” Brown said. “No longer will it be to just come here to see the same shows that you’ve seen in Charles Town, but we’ve got some new, really exciting stuff coming that has never been performed here. It’ll be really cool to bring some different musicians out to West Virginia.”
